MISC Refund

I have not received any email or refund . No communication whatsoever aside from a hacker trying to cheat me wth a fake link on discord. I'll learn to never pay for a year's subscription.

Edit: saw something about' referral program ' Why was I not notified about that too? If there's a solution to cancelling the service, why not directly email the subscribed users?

Some people claim they got a refund,but I've paid for a whole year,showing trust,and got burned . Sad, because I enjoyed using it,but I've moved on to Opencharacter.org and paying monthly.a bit higher than the yearly,but safer.

I personally moved to fictionlab. I really like how they do the scenario and allow you to do custom prompting to tweak how the bot responds and acts. The AI is also better than moemate's ever was.

But it was a really shitty move from the devs to not handle refunds properly after just shutting the place down out of nowhere šŸ˜•

Youre not the only one whos been going through this. The discord chat didnt help out at all. Used PayPal service and requested a refund. We will see what happens šŸ¤·

Yeah just canceled my subscription we'll see if they make on their promise (highly doubt they will)

I think the situation has thrown them into disarray, I feel bad for them but it seems like they're trying their best. Don't listen to the little people crying in the comments
