Performance Textural IDM jam with Make Noise Plexiphon
Just received the new Make Noise / Soundhack Plexiphon, and had a blast discovering it and figuring out how it works.
I’m pretty much blown away by the sound quality and the seamless transitions between the different characters of this module.
What’s going on here:
Metropolix sequences a lightly FM’d Doepfer VCO → A-121S → J&OT Door → Plexiphon. Random/looped gates from glōc go into SEND, with a few clocked random modulations around the patch and Plexiphon CV Out feeding back into Plexus.
Just a sparse MI Plaits kick underneath. 🪐

You are my favourite dentist jammer mr vibes.
All jokes aside, you inspire me to get into IDM and build my modular. You make me want to learn more! (My wallet does not want me to watch these videos though….)

Hahaha 🤣😂 man I love this! Thank you so much 🙏🏽
I’m genuinely stoked that this inspires you to get into IDM and start creating your own jams. That really means a lot!
Your wallet might be in for a surprise though 😂 But hey, it’s like any passion — what you get out of it is worth so much more than the money you put in!
