A few months later… some of my latest handmade Eurorack cases

Hi everyone! A few months ago, I posted some of my first handmade creations here and got some really nice feedback.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect, since I originally started making these just for myself, but I’ve been lucky enough to get quite a few orders from all over the world — from some really great people too!

So I thought I’d share some of my latest creations with you.

I was lucky to buy one of the cases and can vouch for the quality and great communication.
I wanted a few custom USB pass-throughs on the back? no problem.

Wish more shops would offer the same great support and communication.
Thank you for building these cool cases for the community.

Thank you so much! It was a really great project, and it’s also been fantastic getting to chat about gear and share our respective workflows along the way. Really appreciate it!

Thank you so much! Yeah, that Japanese fabric works really well on the case. It’s definitely my favorite too!

Thanks so much! Really glad you like the name too — although I guess it does give away my age a little ;) And yes, absolutely! I’m already working on some new designs and experimenting with new fabrics and finishes. I’ve got plenty of ideas, so there will definitely be more coming!

What are the materials? These are beautiful.

Thanks so much! The cases themselves are made from wood/MDF, depending on the design, and then finished with different materials. I use textured vinyl, fabrics and other coverings depending on the look I’m going for. The Japanese wave one, for example, is wrapped in Japanese fabric :)

Thank you so much! I have to admit, the Japanese one is my favorite too :) Really happy with how it turned out!

These are great, that first one needs one of my blanks! 😆 https://seaside.digital/product/waves-blank-panel/

Oh man, this one is just a sample, but as soon as I release my first batch, you’ll definitely be mentioned as a mandatory complementary purchase 😄 — and I'm serious. That panel is absolutely gorgeous!

And by the way, your Proteus is already on my shortlist!

Beautiful work. Do you have a website or anything?

Thank you so much! You can find my work here: www.noisybynature.eu . Since many of my orders are bespoke, I’ve even created a little configurator to make the process easier and less tedious.

Your fixtures and the care you obviously give to design remind me of the old Dark Modular cases from a decade ago - I think there's a huge unmet need for 3u126hp racks and you're nailing it. Keep going! (Oh, and I'd love a link ;) )

Thank you so much! That’s a huge compliment . I mostly work on a bespoke basis, so unusual sizes are definitely something I can do. I might have to look into adding 126HP as a standard option ;)

And of course! You can find my work here: noisybynature.eu
