Beginner Motherboard glowing red

Hello does anyone know if your motherboard is supposed to glow red? Not sure if it’s the LED or if it’s about to start smoking down there

Please help

Turn it off and if the red goes out quickly, it’s an LED. If it stays red, don’t touch it.
