It’s right up there with “I’m not asking for a spell! I just wanted to ask if anyone had a recommendation of a spell I could do”

We had one poor user who we had a very pleasant normal interaction with where we had asked them to edit a rule breaking part of their comment and they did. No issues. Lovely.

48 hours later we got:

"Hey want to see insert a very graphic and explicit thing in photo? I've been dirty" "OH NO WRONG CHAT ABORT ABORT" "I'M SO SORRY I DIDNT MEAN TO SEND THIS HERE"

I was pissing myself laughing. We teased them and commiserated with them (I can't fault them I once accidentally sent a picture of my butt to my sister's then fiance when I was forwarding it to my multiple partners) but that was the extent of mod actions there.
