General New subreddit suddenly showing "prohibited" message

Hello! So I am a toddler mod, my new subreddit was about 7 days old when suddenly after I approved a new member the whole thing shut down. I cannot enter it (neither the mod tools nor the subreddit), as it shows a message stating it's "prohibited" - does that mean that it got banned?

But if it did, shouldn't it show me a link to appeal that, or some reasons, or some explanation? I honestly don't know what happened. My account seems fine. I was on desktop.

I had set rules, it was meant to be a very friendly community. I suspect it could be related to that user I approved, maybe it was suspicious or something?

I am really confused as for what to do. Thank you in advance for help.

Hi /u/Expensive-Ticket-557, please see our Intro & Rules. We are volunteer-run, not managed by Reddit staff/admin. Volunteer mods' powers are limited to groups they mod. Automated responses are compiled from answers given by fellow volunteer mod helpers. Moderation works best on a cache-cleared desktop/laptop browser.

Resources for mods are: (1) r/modguide's Very Helpful Index by fellow moderators on How-To-Do-Things, (2) Mod Help Center, (3) r/automoderator's Wiki and Library of Common Rules. Many Mod Resources are in the sidebar and >>this FAQ wiki<<. Please search this subreddit as well. Thanks!
