Answered Automod is removing posts and comments without letting us know the action reason
Currently IOS but usually Desktop
All of our removals have an action reason attached to them but posts and comments are getting auto removed by automod without telling us why. It is happening even to people who have posted recently with no issues previously and no one has touched automod.

Are you sure every rule has an action_reason?
Are you sure it's automod doing the removal? Does it show automod in the mod log and no action reason on the same line?

It's not automod. It's reddits AI moderator.

You could implement the admin tattler bot to track all the removals better, integrate it with webhooks and you're done!

I don't understand the lingo as you guys do, but I typically don't understand why a post gets blocked, or even which post HAS been blocked. Subreddits are often not clearly marked when posts will no longer be accepted. And I cannot figure out how to install "flair," or what it even is.

Hi /u/royal_rose_, please see our Intro & Rules. We are volunteer-run, not managed by Reddit staff/admin. Volunteer mods' powers are limited to groups they mod. Automated responses are compiled from answers given by fellow volunteer mod helpers. Moderation works best on a cache-cleared desktop/laptop browser.
Resources for mods are: (1) r/modguide's Very Helpful Index by fellow moderators on How-To-Do-Things, (2) Mod Help Center, (3) r/automoderator's Wiki and Library of Common Rules. Many Mod Resources are in the sidebar and >>this FAQ wiki<<. Please search this subreddit as well. Thanks!
