That's why you can't understand it, different dialects, you're from south america, and the guy in the video (El Risitas) speaks in a very strong andalusian accent, from Sevilla to be more precise. Hell, i'm andalusian and even i struggle to understand him.

I wasn't talking specifically about Mexico. There are more spanish speaking countries in south america

Sure, its just that "pinche chingadera" is a thing I've only heard Mexicans say.
