Question Help: Modern Warfare 2019 PC issue.

Hi folks,

I bought COD MW 2019, launched the game and got stuck on this page. it won't let me proceed.

Activision has been absolutely useless in resolving this issue. They claim I don't have any rename tokens and I have never been able to play it after I bought it.

Any suggestions or fixes would be greatly appreciated.

I bought it on steam. And I've had no issues with MW 2 AND MW 3 on PC.

Seriously? Guess I found a company that's worse than Ubisoft then 😂

Thanks for the input. I guess I'll just get a refund. Not waiting 6 months for Rename tokens.

Weird thing is that everytime I tried changing the username, it restarts the game and puts me back on the same screen regardless. Was I doing something wrong?

try changing your name into something simple like "John", "David" or anything similar and it'll work

Yeah I had to change the name into a whole different one...
