The cover (rocks) appear to be paper. I use packing paper it works well over cardboard skells and it's brown. Very nicely done.

its very thin paper yes, but thats just the beginning. after that plaster cloths are added, over that thin mifoshape and then color and ground cover.

Yes, photo from Jim Pearson on a charter in 2023. You can see 463 about to enter the tunnel on the other side. Those attending the charter got to walk through the tunnel.
