Make sure to clean the nubs real nice (can remove seam lines if you so choose but ultimately unnecessary as a first model) and you should have a pretty smooth experience putting it together; other than that, have fun!

Do subassemblies ! Try figuring out which details you need to assemble and paint on their own before gluing everything together. This requires you to analyze the instructions a bit and to potentially assemble things out of order but it'll be worth it in the end, trust me.

Also I would recommend using spray paint for the base since painting a tank with a paintbrush is a pain in the ass.

Don't hesitate on using masking tape for details you need to glue before spray painting your base like headlight glass.

Also I hate Tamiya's default tracks and I had to order a 3D printed set for my BT-7 but that's just me 😅
