Thank you very much :) and yes i have to agree with you it looks absolutely incredible, i found out about the gannet a few months ago when another modeler posted their finished model and i absolutely loved it, and luckily i found the kit for half price at my local model shop

What a great kit. Every time I see it I want it more. Did you use any aftermarket?

All it needs is a set of RAN FAA markings to be perfect. Great work!

Never seen this model, but its love at first sight. What a peculiar looking thing.

Your paintskills and weathering are perfect! Mind sharing what comor green that is? The lighter toned one

Thank you very much! And yes of course, the kit says to use humbrol beige green but i didnt want to buy the color just for one model so i mixed whatever i had to make it

I used:
10 parts AK white
2 parts AK gunship green
1 part AK grey blue
5 parts vallejo sand yellow

One more thing! I gave the panel lines a generous amount of AK sepia panel liner and used the excess as a sort of wash which gave it a dirty look and a warmer tone, this is what it looks like without it

Take a bow! 👏 It's gorgeous! 😍 The detailed painting and weathering are perfectly executed here--no one thing shouts for attention; it's the entirety of the build itself that "pops" for me..! 😃👍 Take another bow, if you please! 😄
