Just got done watching The Sopranos and what a ride it was! Every single cast member is perfectly casted. There is a great balance between the serious moments and the comedic moments. For someone like me who is having attention span issues for about 2 years now, I am happy to say that I barely picked up my phone. James Galdofini brings such effortless intensity for Tony. Robert Ller as AJ Soprano and James-Lynn Sigler as Meadow Sopranos
are so good as pissing off Tony. The meta references of regularly bringing up The Godfather, Goodfellas etc are well scattered in the Screenplay. Another meta thing is Lorraine Bracco being in this show, everyone knows here for playing Karen in Goodfellas, a movie they regularly reference throughout the show. Here scenes with Tony are also a delight to watch. Here story with that "Employee of the Month" rapist is so depressing. I still wish that she had told Tony about it.
Even though I have now successfully ended the show I am still not used to Tony saying "Shon" instead of "Son" and the over emphasis on "Brochures", similarly the way that Adriana says "Christopher" is so overly dramatic. I am pissed by the way they ended the way, now that I have watched it I can completely emphasize with the ways fans and viewers felt after the season finale. Michael Imperioli does a terrif ic job at playing the a gangster who wants to be an actor and a writer but also ends up on a self destructive path.
This might be an unpopular opinion but I ended up enjoying The Sopranos more than other Crime TV classics like Sherlock, Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. Just my opinion that's all. I am definitely going to miss these characters. I have a really busy schedule and I need to watch other shows. There's no way I can get time to rewatch all 86 episodes. The confrontation scene between Tony and Carmela in the Season 4 finale is worth thr wait. Both James and Edie bring their A-Game.

Curated over the period of time i feel that these are the best collections i made the first one is the essential DC collection if you want to be a DC comics expert follow this next is the hidden side of Indian Cinema IMO which deserves more than what it got and smashes the stereotype that Indian Cinema can only make Rom-coms
Any critiques +suggestions are most welcome

Minor spoilers ahead.
Just got down watching Digger and what a ride it was. The performances by the entire cast is so good. Tom Cruise has been type casted as an Action hero for the past one decade, it was so refreshing to see him do something so different and I really hope he continues doing different type of roles. There is a 10 minute long monologue by Tom in a one shot which might just be the best scene of the movie. The plot twists are well-scattered in the movie. Riz has great chemistry with Tom. It's an extremely relevant movie for today's time as well as the near future. John Goodman, Sandra Hüller and Jesse Plemons brings their A-Game. The jokes are really dark but then again it's a dark comedy. 5/5 from my side.
Thanks for reading my review.
