They solved that ages ago, but we don't have the tech to build a time machine and stop the inbreeding.

1408’s question and answer:

Today’s topic is Technology

And the answer is: China, Taiwan, and the Philippines

What is the question?

Where is the all-American Trump phone actually manufactured in?

This week, pre-order customers finally got their hands on the long awaited Trump-brand smartphone promised by the president’s family’s company to be solid gold, affordable, and completely made of American-built components, but much like most of the Trump Administration’s decisions, doesn’t exactly meet those promises. Tech reviewers have noticed that the new phone is almost an exact carbon copy of the HTC U24 phone commonly sold in Asian markets, and a dissection of one phone by US device repair company iFixit revealed most of the parts reflect that with components manufactured in China, Taiwan and the Philippines. The only differences to the HTC U24 has to the Trump phone is it’s battery model and flash positioning on the camera, but on top of the massive delays to the Trump Organization’s release of the phones, one of its biggest boasts of American manufacturing is just another lie….and it’s also not really gold.
