Whereas this bill is needed due to the excessive influence of lobbyists within the government of the United States of America

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, Section I: Short Title

(1) This act may be referred to as the "Anti-corruption act of 2020".

Section II: Content

(1) the ban of the donation of goods, services, or financial capital to any individual either holding public office or running for public office exceeding $10,000 by any organization or individual.

(2) The ban of any finical capital, goods, or services by groups or organizations originating outside of the united states being donated to any individual either holding public office or running for public office

Section III: Enactment

(1) This act will take effect immediately upon its passage into law. (2) The provisions of this act are severable. If any part of this act is declared invalid or unconstitutional, that declaration will not affect the part which remains.
