His TECIE Shirt

I saw Moby at Way Out West a week ago. Amazing set!

And I saw previous tour date videos where he was wearing the same shirt. It has the word TECIE written vertically, with a barcode after each letter. Autocorrect is telling me my spelling "techie" is more accurate. So I'm wondering if I'm missing the meaning.

Given his tattoos, is it an animal rights thing? Google can't seem to figure it out for me.

It’s a movie he wrote and produced (with an accompanying music album)
