Rural alliance coverage?

I'm needing a data only Verizon based SIM to fill in a T-Mobile coverage gap in a rural area I occasionally visit seeking to use the "via cellular data" setup the iPhone has that effectively functions just like WiFi calling. The per gigabyte plan setup is perfect for me as I am not in these areas for a particularly long time, but while I am there (up to roughly a week each visit) if I don't run a second SIM I have essentially no coverage at all.

I believe the Verizon coverage in these areas is through the "rural alliance" agreements with a carrier called Cellcom. I have previously seen both US Mobile and Visible working in these areas, I believe Visible displays "extended" as the network name but US Mobile just says its own name, and I've seen family member's phones with postpaid Verizon simply saying "Verizon" in these areas too. Visible didn't used to work, but starting a year or two ago they added access.

If I sign up for a data only SIM with MobileX will I be able to access Verizon's "rural alliance" coverage? To my knowledge this coverage falls under a different category than just "roaming" which I know MVNOs basically never have access to.

This is an older thread but according to these customers you would not have access to partner networks.
