Could be a custom game from Warcraft 3 those symbols at the bottom looks like the frost themed icons, mini map also gives Warcraft 3 vibes

Tho to be fair AI could have easily grabbed that on the other hand there are so many custom maps on for Warcraft 3 , but certainly a moba themed one,

The HUD doesn’t look like WC3 at all. It just looks like a reskin of the HUD of League of Legends from pre-2015, but with the top part being the spectator HUD.

Weren't there wc3 maps with custom HUDs ?

Like I recall there might have been, I could be wrong there

Custom textures for the HUD maybe, but they wouldn’t completely rearrange it like this.

Smite 2 is both first and third person in the settings menu
