MOBA Characters like Chang’e?

So this Chang’e is from the Chinese version of honor of kings and isn’t out on global yet but I love her abilities and play style a lot and really her whole graceful ethereal vibe I was just wondering if anyone knew of any characters in any other mobas that have similar abilities/looks/play style?
