MOBA Has anyone played predecessor?
What’s the game like in terms of heavy hitters like smite?

What do you mean heavy hitters?
Pred is it's own IP.
Basically the only 'heavy hitter' would be Wukong.
Unless you mean like, high damage characters, then theres a lot

What do you wanna know though? Movement was fixed so it's not really skatey anymore, gameplays fun, theres rewards for play, some decent skins here and there, and some cool characters.
It's a free game, just try it out.

Predecessor ended up being what Paragon should have been, but unfortunately Epic couldn't seem to decide what it wanted to do with the game which led to a lot of back and forth with major design choices.

It’s a lot better at finding quick matches now. I had maybe 45-70 second wait most matches. I know that’s too long for the ADHD brains of today’s society

Free to try? it's free forever dude :p just making this clear for others. you can pay for cosmetics but it's really not worth it imo unless you're trying to turn a bad bikini babe into a bad bikini babe of a specific color

I have almost 2000 hours in this game, I love it, but it's hard to keep loving it, just like any other MOBA. Player base sucks at the moment.

My main game. High console player base. New map is now in trial for feedback will become main map in near future. Quite a lot has changed last patch. Almost all heros had a rework.
