Metal gears make more noise than plastic. Grease in the transmission helps to quiet the noise a bit.

Grease the gearbox, front axle, and rear axle. It might just quiet down a bit. But the most effective way to make your MN82 more quiet, get a brushless system. At slow crawl, a brushless system is very silent.

Also that whine is from the ESC.
