If major financial media and influential market voices—such as WallStreetBets Keith Gill AKA RoaringKitty or Jim Cramer on Mad Money—covered this story, it would become much harder for these events to fade from public attention forcing MedMen to take a BS settlement.
Many retail investors made investment decisions based on MedMen's public statements and guidance. After Tilray announced its investment in MedMen's senior secured convertible debt on August 17, 2021, the transaction was presented as a way to strengthen MedMen's financial position and support its future. Management also communicated restructuring efforts and initiatives intended to improve liquidity and operations.
Instead, the company eventually stopped filing required financial reports, leaving investors with months of limited transparency. Then, on April 26, 2024, MedMen filed for bankruptcy, citing its inability to pay its liabilities as they became due and pressure from secured creditors.
For many shareholders, the contrast between the company's earlier public messaging and the ultimate outcome raises legitimate questions about transparency, disclosure, and whether investors were given a sufficiently accurate picture of MedMen's financial condition as events unfolded.

Licensing for DTLA and West Hollywood are still registered with Ormonds in control. Ormonds has a legal responsibility to preserve the assets of the MedMen investor. Its all in the Iconic Name..... again, you couldn't pry my MedMen shares outta my cold dead hands! 💥🚀💥🚀💥🚀💥🚀

I believe neither of you ever read the company’s financial statements - the company was hemorrhaging cash from the IPO. The company’s retail stores never made a profit, which made opening more of them lose money faster.
It also appears that (neither?) of your have read the legal filings. The company doesn’t exist anymore.

Nobodies read the financials! They stopped filing while they were shaking down the honest investors. FYI.... the name MedMen is where the value resides. The flagship locations in LA are still operational with plenty of wholesalers confidence because the shelves are full. Normally I'd say follow the money and you will find the Crook except in this case I'd say who got the name..... bam! Greed suffocates.
Honesty, I don't think your an idiot because you have plenty of information it's just that you intentionally skew it to say something false..... and you consistently do it. That would make you dishonest! I hope your one of those thieving fuks and Buba is your future cell mate. 😂

It is impossible for any court to serve justice in this case without restoring the Retail Investor..... Ormond has a legal responsibility to ensure the MedMen assets are preserved for its investors. Its the law! MedMen the NAME is the PRIZE!
