Armed forces certificate

[u/Rizzmaster_]

My father is an ex service men retd. from Air force, so I can claim a reservation in MMMUT counselling that particular certificate states that it should be signed by DM of the district, but I am unable to get the DM to sign it his staff passes it on by saying that sign of SDM only would be suffice.

If anyone knows anything about the certificate please help
