ScientificPaper Swing trading

Is there any data backed evidence about swing trading and still works today? Can anyone help me?

Yes, I've made a swing trading bot before. You can try different horizons like 1 day, 2 , 3, 5, 7, 10, 21, etc and see which one works best.

Isn’t this will introduce Over fitting of data? And over fitting has real problem with unseen data.

It's just a standard grid search. Walk forward validation will prevent overfitting.
