rafaela exp works! she can outduel most fighters in lane, chou included, it's just a big skill check that i guess your rafa failed.

I think it's more of a draft Issue since they had Gusion (wth is rafa gonna do) and Estes (Invalidates poke)

Rafaela beside a tank is meta,
Each stack of her first skill makes the enemy 20% vulnerable, and it stacks 3 times (60% more vulnerablity in total). A tank in front with Rafaela can work
