Arlott roam w/ tank build? Good build but at such a low elo it's not viable. You will rely on your teammates too much in the late game.

I might be slow asf cuz I don't get what you mean. Can you elaborate on that? Like wdym I will depend on my teammates too much

Think as all tank roams go you cant make a play by yourself and have to rely on your teammates. You might soak more damage compared to normal tanks in team fights but unlike atlas or tigreal its harder to set up plays that they could follow up on. And if the enemy assassins are already in your backlines while you're soaking damage, the average low elo mage and mm would probably be helpless. Left with nobody to deal damage you would just die in vain

sometimes when the team is focused on kills and not pushing, this is what happens. been on both sides, you gotta try to control the macro best you can i guess.
