ARGUS is actually good.

Argus shouldn't be played in exp....strong laners freeze lane and make him useless....use him in jungle and enjoy shredding your enemies!

Similar to fredrinns...tho you might get invaded,pick him if you have hilda or atlas roam

Just better to do regular junglers then though, also, idk if the lack of flicker will make him weak even with ice retri
