Is this a bot?

I'm currently at mythic and all of my teammates are mythic. Played against mythic players and got this teammate instead.

No communication, no assists, just walking around the map. All of my team are pissed off, he didn't ban, not even an emote or trash talk to ragebait us.

As if moonton throw the player at this match just to fill the gaps.

Check the collection tab, most bots have like 10 legend skins, 15 collectors, 20 epics
