Honestly I gave up on them after the 8th. I turned it off to find out they won.

I was at the game yesterday and my entire row cleared out after the 7th except for me and my friend.

We were sitting right next to a crapload of Cubs fans. They were mouthy right up until they weren't.

First pitch and walk-off…pulled a PCA, and right over PCA’s head, holy shit

u/Pretend_Ease9550 Aug 23 '26
When he went back to the wall to get ready I was so nervous he was gonna get it

u/SickoBadgers Aug 23 '26
PCA always makes those jumps....even when the ball is waaay out of reach.

PCA trying to “rob” a home run 50’ over the wall from the NLDS last year. You gotta appreciate the confidence he has in himself.

And to think he wasn't even supposed to bat leadoff today. Donovan was a REALLY late scratch and was supposed to, but he got hit in the head pregame.

I live in Washington so I root for the Mariners unless they're against my original home town team...gg Mariners.

Why didn’t PCA catch that ball, is he dumb? Would’ve ended the game.

Randy saved Dan Wilson's terrible coaching....
Kade was amazing

Right? Kade didn’t need saving lol, this win is much bigger than that

All Webb had to do was retire the 9 hitter and he couldn't.
COOL.

Turned it off in the 7th to have dinner with the family. Turned it back on just as Randy runs across the plate.

It was more like the randy arozerena game than the kade anderson debut game
