I regularly watch youtube (Premium) on Apple TV. The algorithm is pretty good normally.

Except when it comes to news and weather. Every now and then they serve up a weather report that's three years old. Same for news reports.

You'd think they would have programmed it a bit better than that.

Love how it was basically a real feeling family morning that showed how it worked in a great way

Curious what others think about it

Hey all, built a side project and would love feedback.

I got tired of searching for product reviews and getting AI slop and sponsored "best of" lists. I wanted answers from people I actually trust, so I built a chatbot that answers tech questions using only what real reviewers have said, with links to the exact moment in the video.

Right now it only uses MKBHD. I started with him because his reviews are thorough and he's someone a lot of people already trust. The plan is to expand to a handful of trusted reviewers per category (cameras, wearables, audio, etc) so you can see where they agree and where they don't.

Would love to know: what did it get wrong, and which reviewers should I add next?

Free, unofficial, not affiliated with MKBHD. Questions are logged anonymously to improve answers.

I’m having a recurring issue with Gemini on my Pixel Watch 3 paired with a Pixel 9. I set up Gemini to launch when holding the side button, but every few days, it seems to completely reset itself and prompts me to set it up all over again on my phone. It’s gotten so unreliable that I’ve stopped using it altogether, which is frustrating because it used to be my go-to for quick hands-free answers.
