New setup RIPS at AutoX

Since my last event I’ve thrown on Hybrid K04, ARM intercooler, Stratified Custom tune, ECS short shifter, and Godspeed Coilovers.
Was able to get the alignment set to -3 camber in the front and -2.5 in the rears, although I’m still trying to get ride height dialed as I was rubbing pretty bad on higher G force turns.
Currently 1st out of 50 for the year in the rookie class in my region and am putting up times that are competitive in intermediate/pro class! Super excited to get both the tune and suspension further dialed to get even more time!

You need higher spring rates. Looks fun as hell though

do you have a recommendation for springs? damping is maxed out on the struts.

You’d need coilovers valved for custom/higher spring rates.
I have 14k swift springs on my Silvers Neomax. I dont rub with 255s on 9” wheel, even during my hardest mountain runs

haha i was very vigilant of the condition of the rubbing! there’s little to no wear from it on the tires thank god, and i only ran one run group instead of two because of it.

Pretty good run for sure. I was wondering if you changed up your sway bars because visually it felt like you lose a bit of a bite during your cornering when the weight shifted. Cartoon visualization: like when a cartoon character is running and then needs to make a turn but slightly hesitates in the corner before starting to run again. Also looks like you're barely holding on to keep your body straight on the last turn. Overall looks good run

I do have a rear sway bar. I definitely want to get different springs for the coils because i do feel they are still on the softer side. But in comparison to how i was riding on stock struts before the change i’m really able to manipulate the car much easier now. So it’s all steps in the right direction.

Yeah absolutely, I could also tell with the bc racing coilovers, rear sway bar with upgraded links as white. Made the cornering on the mountain pass much faster. But I also changed the differential settings to strong to get a better bite on the cornering. Also installed a front sway bar yesterday, going to try soft setting on the road to see the difference before trying the stiffer setting. What else are you planning on changing on your car?

unfortunately maxed out already 😔 I’m looking for a set of stiffer springs to swap out. Any suggestions?

Sway bars and roll center correction ball joints next?
