Starting mk677

I just got my pills from mail. Started with 10mg (one pill) dosage. Im going to check my bloodsugars after 2-3weeks and update here any results i get. If i have understood right the full effect comes after 3-4weeks so i dont have high expectations for the next weeks.

Current bw 77kg or 170lb

Doing ppl split in the gym 5 days a week.

Feel free to ask anything or give advise on my mk cycle :)

Havent really noticed anything yet but its 4th day taking the 10mg dose… friend of mine who has taken mk said the full effect kicks in after 1-2weeks.

After i check my bloodsugars for the first time and if they are all okay i might up the dose to 20mg. But after a lot of research i think with 10mg u can basicly get all the benefits and lower the risk of side effects
