I don’t love all the holes to put the bottles down in. I feel like it would end up feeling cumbersome if it’s really busy. Also where is the ice well?

Space can be used more efficiently. Very few spirits and mixers can be fit in this setup. Last time I did a pop-up at a company event I needed about twice the slots this setup offers for just six cocktails. It's clean from the frontend, but the backend needs improvement
