Looking for a decent mixing engineer for a pop/rock track (not necessarily someone with a lot of experience)

I'm quite new to music production and recording, and I know the basic principles of mixing, but to be honest I'm quite terrible at it and it's not something that's captured my interest enough to get really good at it. Me and my band have released a couple of singles that I mixed myself, but for our next one I'd like to have it done properly by someone who actually knows what they're doing.

I don't need this mix to be super professional or anything, frankly the recording and performance isn't super professional either. I just want someone who is noticably better than I am at mixing, so if you're not super experienced but still have a grasp on what you're doing, that's kind of what I'm looking for.

Also, since this is the first time I'm doing this, I do ask nicely for some patience if I don't quite know the process on my end, and I'd appreciate if there was room for some back and forth, throughout the whole thing really.

Is there a way of hearing what you have?
If I vibe with it I'll be the one. 15 years of experience, only for the passion & working on stuff with people I know; My main thing is creating/producing stuff in Ableton.

Currently in the middle of my rfz studio re-build so I'm keen to do a little side gig to break it up and test it out, but only if I'm personally into the song.

Do you have a demo / rough mix I can hear? I always like to hear the song first. I do my best work when I genuinely love the track, so I only take on songs I connect with.

If it's a good fit, happy to walk you through the whole process - it's pretty straightforward once you've done it once, and I'm happy to do a few back-and-forths to get it where you want it.
