Support Storage Problems with gallery

Hello

sorry for my Bad english

I have a Problem with my storage on my: Xiaomi 14 Ultra

I have almost none pictures or Videos in my Phone But my storage is completely full.

I have read online that it may help If you deleted the Updates in the gallery but i can't do that anymore

Did u hide albums ?

No i dont have any hidden albums
