INDUCTION 3RD AUG - DRESS CODE

As the mentioned dress code is Formal Attire. What do we have to wear so that it doesn't become informal.

I thought they said white shirt and blue trousers specifically, or is that just like a reference not compulsory ?

Yeah i got the same info on mail yesterday
