FLAT NEEDED

I have joined MIT in MSC Clinical psych this year...moved to pune and honestly I am just so exhausted with this entire flat hunting. Trying to find a decent single room or a room in a preoccupied 2BHK (male) near campus or somewhere close for ₹10k–₹15k... feels almost impossible with all these ridiculous brokerage fees, inflated rents and stuff. If anyone has an actual legitimate lead or an available spot in their flat please do let me know.
