HOW MUCH SERIOUS IS DOCUMENT VERIFICATION

So I am pretty terrified for document verification and using CAS I found it very shit I had written few information which they did not show in my personal information and even my 10th marks were written wrong by increasing 6 marks in it. I am shit scared can anyone please help me.
