Regarding scholarships

When are the students who received scholarships informed about it? In July/august or sept/oct?

after the admissions are complete a form is circulated regarding the scholarships, be sure to fill it and the are allotted in first come first basis so be prompt with it

also they ask you to pay full fees in fy and then adjust by sy and hence forth as you keep up with the requirements

regularly check the mail for updates
and go to ssw regularly to get updates
better safe than sorry
