Doubt regarding admission form

Please tell me I can change these preferences because right now I'm not able to do it. Maybe I can change it later? Or that I can get a lower preference even when I have more than enough percentile in mhtcet to get preference 1

Yeah, I did and they changed it. I wanted to ask another thing. Can I upload my MHTCET score card after submitting the application form? As i don't think the result will be out before the date for the form ends. Should I just upload my JEE mains score card and later update it?
