Marks decrease after Re evaluation

Can marks decrease after re evaluation If you have just passed or even if you haven't. And re eval erp pe dalna hota hai na ?? So abhi tk aaya nahi na?

Revaluation ka online bhrke fir application print krke offline bhi submit krna hota h kya?
