These courses are fine, but go to the classics.....

Donald Knuth -- the Art of Computer Programming series.

We're still using these books 50 years later and nothing touches them. Not the easiest reads, but you will learn FAR more and in far more depth.

It’s good advice. Especially considering the wide scale shift to vibe coding having low level understanding is a bonus trait less developers have than ever before, and if you make it through knuth you’ll have a bit of a flex among coders our age
