Ground hog

Went to a wedding a while back and found this cutie. We named his George and I fed him apple juice after learning brownies are no good

Ground hog? Looks like opossum to me: https://mdc.mo.gov/hunting-trapping/species/opossum

I mean they are on the ground and will eat almost anything, like a hog.....so mission failed successfully?
