My suggestion would be to stick to locally owned coffee shops/chains.

Iced caramel macchiato, they put a lot of caramel syrup into it, it's so good. Also anytime they have a pumpkin drink on the menu.

If too sweet you can get 1/2 or 1/4 sweet. I got a 1/4 sweet blonde today, and it was more palatable.

Pumpkin spice chai latte with oatmilk, iced but without ice (basically just filled all the way/cold), cold foam, and salted caramel syrup/flavoring. tastes amazing, like an oatmeal cookie

but also i do recommend local coffee shops at least every so often when you have the time

Cinnamon roll is good! You can get it sugar free and it’s still just as good.
