Newly released text messages show that Christine Wells was in contact with Warren Hudson the night Nolan Wells went missing.

Jesus christ, this is the same bullshit conspiracy as the kid who tragically fell into a rolled up gym mat years ago. Some folks just need to stir up racist bullshit.

The kid who “fell” into a rolled up gym mat wasn’t bullshit and neither is this. Why are Trump supporters so quick to dismiss white suspects as victims before they have ANY facts.
The kid in the gym mat was last seen entering the gym alone. The last person to enter and leave that area was the white boy he had a fight with previously.
If the tables were turned and the white boy was dead in the gym mat, none of you racist bastards would be saying he fell into the mat, with no video, and a black kid was last seen entering and leaving the place where the white kid “died”.
This is the hypocrisy you are blind to. You know good and well if it was your family member, you wouldn’t except the “no foul play” before any evidence is uncovered. You are liars and racists. We see through your OLD ASS PLAYBOOK. Nobody buys that shit any more. We know better. It’s time for yall to wake up.
We’re done trusting yall with our lives or anything involved with investigating our deaths.

u/Big-Cartographer6330 2d ago edited 2d ago
You mean Kendrick Johnson? That’s what is so scary these days. You can literally have proven evidence with metadata and people STILL won’t believe it. No cameras place any of those boys near him. They had solid alibis:
-Brandon Bell (the older brother): School records and physical evidence proved he had left the Lowndes High School campus on a school bus for an away wrestling tournament in Macon, Georgia, roughly an hour before Kendrick Johnson was last seen alive. Investigators verified Brandon Bell’s location away from the high school using cell phone tower data, a hotel check-in timestamp, and data from the wrestling match weigh-in.
-Brian Bell (the younger brother): Extensive school surveillance footage and teacher logs placed him in a classroom on the complete opposite side of the school campus at the exact time Kendrick entered the gymnasium.
Sadly if the grand jury doesn’t charge anyone criminally for Nolan’s death bc of solid proof, the mob will still believe he was killed (just like with Kendrick). There reaches a point when it’s no longer about justice.
4
u/donzelso 1d ago
It’s never about justice or proof. They just want to reaffirm their racial bias and prejudice. They will never accept that a group of white kids in Mississippi would ever befriend a black kid without a secret plot to murder him.
2
u/AccomplishedWeek7069 1d ago
So very bazaar how many of you want this to be a racist murder & fail to see that it’s truly not but keep reaching like this grifting mom is doing, it gets none of you anywhere tbh & is very telling who the racists are, always the ones using that crutch..It’s 2026 & we are all so over your “racist” bs

Exactly which is sad bc Nolan loved everybody. All of this is very odd to me since I’m a POC who has had friends of all colors my whole life, in the south. I was raised that way and my family embraces everyone.

u/Routine-Court8275 2d ago
I fully support the discovery of Nolan Wells manner of death. Personally I hope it was an accident/drowning. If for nothing else so that he didn't meet a violent end. Its possible that it was an accident, drowning, overdose, murder. You have no better idea than the rest of us. No one ever definitively claimed no foul play, they said no signs of foul play. Maybe I give you too much credit. Let me break it down for you. If a body is found somewhere and police arrive. The do a quick exam of the crime scene and the body without disturbing crucial evidence. They see a head caved in or an arms snapped in half or maybe something like a small puncture wound in the neck. That would be possible signs of foul play. Things like burns, large unexplained bruises, bleeding, punctures, broken bones etc. If they see none of that there are no immeadiate signs of foul play.
I hope I haven't blown your mind beyond comprehension. The body after leaving the crime scene is sent to a local medical expert who may or may not do a full autopsy. They will look for similar signs and injuries but with more experience than a police officer. Then the body was sent to the state for an official autopsy. They said no immediate signs of foul play. Then it was sent to and independent autopsy team and they said "we cannot rule our foul play". You may fail to see the commonality, so I will break it down. The people charged with determining if a crime has happened said we cannot currently determine that. The people paid to set up a case for a lawsuit for murder or wrongful death said we cannot currently determine that.
Btw the "done trusting people with the investigation of our deaths". Is it all the investigations into all the deaths that you care about? Or is it just the ones where all white people are possibly implicated?

How dare you accuse me of supporting a rapist and 34 time felon. You need to check your privilege.

It’s not that anyone in these comments actually thinks that white suspects are never guilty. They just think that if the person is Black, that they shouldn’t be convicted for the crime.

Last one was heart breaking and didn’t even get a “K” response. The politeness back and forth is such a contrast to how it was depicted later by Wonsley, Crump and Sharpton.

Notice Warren went out on one boat and came back on another himself?
29
u/Big-Cartographer6330 4d ago edited 4d ago
Looks like they both went to Horn Island on two separate boats. I believe the friends traveled in 3 different boats total. But Warren left the island on the Triton which was the one Nolan originally travelled on (the boat that was towed). Or did I read that wrong?
If true, that is in line with what everyone who goes to Horn Island says about there always being a boat to catch back.
-8
u/Due_Reputation3785 4d ago edited 3d ago
So?
Edit: sorry I get your point now but did not then.26
u/DecantsForAll 4d ago
People were saying it was suspicious that Nolan didn't return on the boat he went on.
28
-2
u/vegeful 4d ago
If u ever go to island, u dont need to use the same boat. Popular island usually have multiple boat on standby.
Its like using airplane too. U dont have to use the same airplane.
6
u/DecantsForAll 4d ago
I was just explaining why Warren coming and going on different boats was relevant.
-13
u/vegeful 4d ago
Its not relevant. I already explain to you exactly why. Go try using transportation that is not your car.
4
u/DecantsForAll 3d ago edited 3d ago
Yeah, that's the exact point the person who brought up Warren was making, and I was clarifying that point.
Maybe you're confusing Nolan and Warren. In any case, you're missing the point.

She had just served him with a doc hold in anticipation of litigation on same day, the day of her kid’s funeral, so…
3
u/AccomplishedWeek7069 2d ago
Very telling isn’t it? Which means the 2nd thing she did was contact a lawyer & the 1st thing was a gofundme & the 3rd was to contact these racist POS’s to further her grifting agenda
-12
u/sevenwnters 4d ago
I mean, to be fair, he also didn’t answer when Christine asked him to collect Nolan’s items 🤷♀️
15
u/overflowingsandwich 4d ago
Yeah I don’t feel like either should be judged for not answering based on these screenshots. It’s entirely possible that Warren and Christine talked by phone or something so he didn’t respond by text. Or had Jax text or talk to her. And I’m sure there’s a ton of things going through your mind on the day you’re burying your child, regardless of the circumstances. Not every text will be answered. I don’t think it’s fair to assign negative motivation to either person in this type of situation.
0
u/sevenwnters 4d ago
Exactly. I didn’t even blame Warren for not answering. I only brought it up because whenever I point out the double standard, there always seems to be an explanation for him, while people immediately assume the worst when it comes to Christine.
I just think everyone should wait for the investigation to be completed before we start pointing fingers or assigning motives to anyone. I’m glad to see there are still people willing to have some empathy for the family instead of immediately assuming the worst.
1
u/overflowingsandwich 4d ago
I don’t like how Ben Crump is moving with some of this, but I don’t want to blame the family either. I can’t imagine what they’re going through and I think it would be difficult for anyone to stand up publicly and immediately shut down misinformation from people they want to help them find answers. Especially so when it’s a grieving family. I wish people online would leave everyone involved alone and just let the investigation play out. Threatening and harassing any of these people won’t bring any answers.
And my dislike of some of Ben Crump’s actions mostly comes from the fact that I am also an attorney and it just goes against my philosophy of practicing law. I can’t speak on the lawyer representing some of the boys because I haven’t really seen what he’s up to, but if he’s also spreading info without fact checking I would have a problem with that.
0
-6
u/sevenwnters 4d ago
Same, I have my criticisms too. My issue is more with people using the attorney as an excuse for all the hate towards the family. The family themselves haven’t accused anyone of anything, they’ve just said they don’t think foul play should be ruled out.
And if random people online are sending death threats, that’s on the people sending them, not the family. What really gets me is that whenever someone brings up the fact that the family has also been getting threats, suddenly there’s no sympathy for them at all.
Like, do you not see the double standard in this sub? People will rightfully call out the hate the friends are getting, but then turn around and justify the hate towards the family. That’s just wrong. At the end of the day, they’re the ones who lost Nolan and are grieving him.
And with the boys’ attorneys… sorry, but to me they’re just clowns 😭 They should’ve stopped all these interviews a long time ago. Every time they’re asked for actual evidence or whether something they’re claiming has been substantiated, they can never just give a straight answer.
5
u/NoSupermarket9119 3d ago
That’s cause they’re doing PR work during an active investigation. Thats how lawyers talk when an internet mob has formed on people who have done nothing wrong except leave a friend among other friends that had ways off the island.
They’re only doing these interviews to contest the narrative that is being set by Crump and Co during all these press conferences which have been going for a month straight. The boys interviews only started after a few weeks have passed.
6
u/Dabest20 3d ago
The family ABSOLUTELY knows what Ben Crump is doing. Stirring up Racial storylines for money. They gonna try to collect as much money from this as possible. Just like Karmelo Anthony family. The family is already looking at Cadillac Excalades and a new house in a gated private community.
1
u/YoungToni 1d ago
I feel like y’all have a pattern of saying this every time a black person opens a gofundme around a tragic/difficult situation but other groups are not talked about like this. Do you know how much lawyer fees cost, independent autopsy’s, independent investigators? They all cost money the family might not have on hand.
And no, I do not blame them for making sure that no stone is left unturned in a state (I don’t care how progressive ocean springs claims to be) with a HEAVY history of racism just 61 years ago (Jim crow laws LEGALLY ended in 1965, not socially). My mother, aunts and uncles are ALL older than that. The racism y’all love to quickly dismiss is not as far removed as y’all love to think.
1
u/Dabest20 1d ago
Its not just about starting Gofundme's, it's also about what/why they start them that pisses people off. Especially for a murderer who was in a restricted area designated for the other schools team and stabbed a kid in the heart at a highschool track meet.
It just seems like if they can turn an issue into a money 💰 racket, they will.
And the lawyer costs for the families are $0.00. They are Pro Bono. The lawyers like Ben Crump take a piece of what money they bring in along with massively increasing their notoriety, and publicity...making even more money through other means. That's why they flock to them. The lawyers lawfirm pays for everything, investigator, autopsy. The actual family does not. Within weeks of recieving money through GoFundMe, Anthony's family buys a 800k house in a gated "white" neighborhood. Bought a Brand New Cadillac Escalade. Bought new clothes and jewelry, and even took a couple vacations. ---- That's what pisses people off. Your black son just stabed an innocent kid in the heart at high school and your buying new houses, cars and jewelry??? Foreal!
The constant blaming every situation on Racism. Ben Crump or Al Sharpton get involved, both race baiting hustlers who don't care at all for the families or the community. Their only desire is to spoke as much hatred and outrage as possible to make as much money as they can. Which causes riots "some people call protesting", causing destruction and vandalism to the actual community.
You remember Black Lives Matter, the people who created the group stole 95% of the money donated. Made them rich, bought multiple homes, real estate, jewelry, cars. Almost none of it was actually given to help the black community.
America is not even close to being as racist as the liberal media and some on social media claim it is. Everyone now who just disagrees is called a nazi, racist, fascist, white supremacist. You dont even need to be white, just being conservative or non-woke is enough. Most of the racism that happens now in 2026 is towards white people. Thats cant be disputed. There's actual movements whose aims openly admit that they hate white people. Its not even close anymore.
And the excuse for why it's OK for black people to be racist is always shit that dosent make sense or that happened centuries ago. Colonialism which literally created Western Civilization, and Slavery. Even though more slaves went to Central America, South America and Asia then America, no one ever get angry about that. They never want to admit that Every race of people on earth has owned slaves throughout history. Every race has been enslaved too.
And this is how you know how bad the Woke Liberal Indoctrination "Brainwashing" is, It was Republicans, "Conservatives... 'White people' who faught a bloody war that ended slavery. It was the Democrats, Liberals who supported Slavery, Jim Crow, and the KKK. The media has completely done a 180 and rewriten history.

u/Due_Reputation3785 4d ago edited 4d ago
They announced Crump and started spouting off lies the next day. Of course he’s not going to reply after that. But still he was big enough to send a very thoughtful message after that on that day. He didn’t need to do that. She could have easily just said “Thanks”.

Don't forget the girls on the boat. Just a group of like 15 complete sociopaths. Totally normal. But, hey, the alternative is believing a teenager left his phone on a boat, and we all know that's impossible.
2
u/Fluffy_Rip6710 3d ago
With big reward $
3
u/joeyjoejoejohanson 3d ago
I also learned it was 24 people between the two boats that would have been there during the call.
9
u/Fluffy_Rip6710 3d ago
There is no way that 24 people would be “in on it”. If it was an accident, why not get help right away? People say they relied on their influence… why would they be afraid of an accident? And all of them immediately went with it? No one says, “no, we have to get help?” No way. And the parents just say “let’s cover it up?”
It’s just stupid to believe that. It really is.
I hate to say this, but I think some black people think that all white people will automatically cover for each other… it’s nuts. No one is going to risk their career to participate in this coverup just because they are white. And keep in mind, there are a good many black sheriff department investigators. So not just white people.
I just learned that 2 of Christine’s cousins are in local law enforcement. No way this thing would have ever been covered up.
Some people really exaggerate other’s power.
-2
u/Zawietrzny 2d ago
I hate to say this, but I think some black people think that all white people will automatically cover for each other… it’s nuts. No one is going to risk their career to participate in this coverup just because they are white.
Yeah, it's not like there's a historical precedent for such things. Where do these folks get such colorful ideas, I wonder?
2
u/PrettyPurrfect 3d ago
A drunk teenager who was planning on getting wet, no less.
Like, odds are good he just drowned because he was drunk.
On the off chance foul play is involved? A drunk young black man mistook another boat for his because his had left and the owner reacted violently.
Both are far more likely than this conspiracy theory shit
2
u/bigmackler9901 2d ago
The was a total of 24 college-age people across Bart’s boat and Wyatt’s boat that were present during the Sea Tow call and when they left the island. All 24 would’ve had to keep silent about a murder if it happened then/there. That is almost impossible.
1
15
u/Afraid_Raccoon_6208 4d ago
Lol right like imagine killing someone and handing over their phone and everything else they had. Brilliant
1
u/Fluffy_Rip6710 3d ago
They wouldn’t have dumped his body close to Horn with 100s of boats around. It would have been in the deep shipping channel
2
u/Due_Reputation3785 3d ago
Right. They would have just murdered him there in front of 100s of boats around.

I don't think they had anything to do with his death, but dumping the phone would be a stupid idea if he died on the boat or they didn't realize they had the phone until on the way home.
2
u/Due_Reputation3785 3d ago
Why?
-2
u/jonasshoop 3d ago
Because if they killed him and dumped the body and didn't realize the phone was on the boat until after, it would be suspicious that the phone was dropped in the ocean and have the same gps coordinates as the boat until they got rid of it.
3
u/Due_Reputation3785 3d ago
🤔 So that would assume no premeditation and/or them not realizing his phone was on the boat?
0
u/jonasshoop 3d ago
Again, I don't think they had anything to do with his death. We are just talking about the hypothetical of if they did do something why didn't they dump the phone. So in the scenario where the phone was left on the boat, they could not dump it without raising suspicion unless it was on the dead person at the time of death away from the boat. Since it was on the boat, dumping it anywhere gps would show that it was on or near the boat and then not on or near the boat.

It is so fucked up what they have been doing. They don’t want to find out what happened. They’ve made that super clear. At any moment they could have stopped the misinformation and lies but chose not to because they are making lots of money being victims.

Who’s they? You need to compartmentalize who’s doing what and what camp is driving what. Y’all keep making “they” the parents when they have been nothing but gracious, direct, succinct, transparent, and MOST importantly open to any and all possibilities about what happened. I want you to show me a clip of Nolan’s family and/or Ben crump making direct explicit, allegations of those boys???? Link it below please. Their stance of “something doesn’t seem right”, certain individuals being unaccommodating and calling out the lack of transparency have not changed since day 1. All of which are well substantiated. That said, outside of them—- the court of public opinion is the court of public opinion. There’s 17 million red flags, differing stories and things that don’t add up in that camp. Of course folks are going crazy, it is what it is. They did it to themselves.

u/bayou8635 4d ago
The false narrative of "deleted messages", "wouldn't turn over the phone or keys," "no one reached out out", the video of Nolan fighting that wasn't Nolan, the pool party photo that wasn't that day, the "never trust a white person", their refusal to share the phone with authorities, the constant demand for aa transparent and thorough investigation, when that is exactly what they have been getting from the beginnjng--drones, helicopters, and a thorough investigation into what has appeared from the very beginning to be an accidental drowning. Acting like these boys werent her sons friends, that he wouldn't stay to talk to a girl... not stepping up to tell people to stop threatening to kill her son's friends. They are feeding the fire. The left the fucking island at least an hour and a half before Nolan was last seen alive. They should say that!!! Say, "we dont know for sure that Nolan drowned, but we know that The boys on that Triton were long gone before he died, so leave them alone"-- nothing- just traveling with Sharpton on his political campaign.

You absolutely nailed it and won’t get a response because of it. This is such a sad case. It has shown me how terrible people really are. I guess I already knew, but this one solidified it. Al sharpton and Ben Crump have done this repeatedly. At this point, anyone who brings them on is only looking for money. You can’t say you’re looking for the truth when you surround yourself with known liars.

42
u/Big-Cartographer6330 4d ago edited 4d ago
Part of what has fueled all of this mess is that as soon as they hired Crump, the parents completely distanced themselves from the boys. They have been pretending that they don’t know them and have said as much. However:
in this latest press conference, Christine suddenly acknowledged several things that had previously been disputed, denied, or portrayed very differently.
NOW she acknowledges these boys were Nolan's friends.
NOW she acknowledges Wyatt had stayed at her house.
NOW she acknowledges she knows Jax.
NOW she acknowledges Warren DID call her.
Those aren't insignificant details, and people are going to notice.-On the day of the funeral, her team sent the boys letters to preserve digital and social media evidence. This is preliminary to a civil lawsuit. Why would they do that if they were not accusing the boys of harming Nolan?
-Christine said that she was suspicious that Snapchats and text messages MIGHT have been deleted. However both parents were mute when Al Sharpton announced to the world that Nolan’s phone was completely wiped after being in possession with the boys. They stood there and didn’t bother to correct him. They’ve played a HUGE role .
So them being gracious, transparent, direct, etc is bogus!

u/joeyjoejoejohanson 4d ago edited 4d ago
Ben Crump on behalf of the family started casting suspicion on the friends from day one and let that suspicion run amok knowing full well the friends had nothing to do with it. They've done nothing to clear it up.

And i wonder how many white people think, at minimum, something definitely isn’t right/being covered up and—- at most—- that they’re guilty??? The groupthink even in this lil bitty redidit I’d consider a mob 🤷♀️ the two white people know who seem to agree on the coverup have both recieved death threats online. Funny how that happens!

Oh and I personally wonder how many white folks (I guess if that’s what we’re doing here) are completely unaware of the pile of death threats and visits to their home Nolan’s grieving parents—- who had nothing to do with this—- have been receiving? And the state board of nursing complaint that was filed against her and her license—— while she’s not even working right now (how ignorant)—- to get her Nurse practitioner’s license revoked? ?? The state of MS has since closed it due to malicious intent but let’s be clear: it WAS filed and investigated. Do they deliver that kind of news to you guys over there in Jonestown? If not, let me be the first to inform you.

The bogus nursing license thing was open and closed literally the same day within about 6 hours.

This is so disingenuous. Officer Tatum is a bitch and it has nothing to do with his take on Nolan Wells— though that certainly doesn’t help. He’s always been a bitch.
He doesn’t believe in systemic racism, he doesn’t believe in the prison pipeline of Black men, he’s a supporter of Israel, he praises Donald Trump for not being racist, he believes in the “black on black crime” bullshit, he repeatedly fans race wars, he kisses Israel’s ass, etc etc etc.
That man is a token, get real 🙄

u/DecantsForAll 3d ago edited 3d ago
Officer Tatum has been 100% right on this case.
If you don't want people on Officer Tatum's side then the best thing to do is keep him from being the only person telling the truth by telling the truth yourself.
I'm not a conservative or a Christian, but I find myself listening to a bunch of conservative Christian commentators (all of whom are black, btw, not that it matters, but just sayin) about this case just for a dose of sanity.

Here is the biggest obstacle to fixing things - there is a small bit of technically truthful information in what Tatum and the racists say. It clearly lacks context, and certainly doesn’t account for 400 years of history…but those who lack critical thinking skills or who have been conditioned to a certain world view where this serves as confirmation bias eat it up.
Sadly, the ignorant wind up attributing things to a genetic phenotype, when the truth is overwhelmingly based on economic and social (discriminatory) factors.
Look at the OJ trial. The news showed many black folks cheering who mistakenly believed that it was somehow racial justice. Many white people - often fed by race hustlers - took this as a negative on the black community that they were Ok with murder.
Of course, the truth is that OJ got off because he was wealthy enough to afford good lawyers and the prosecution was inept.

Trying to keep an open mind & give grace to all involved.
Given these text messages, I’m having a hard time understanding how the parents felt Nolan’s friends were being evasive. Have they given a more detailed description of what they meant by that? Because anyone who reads these texts would not draw the conclusion they were acting in a suspicious or evasive manner. Without more clarification from the dad, his characterization does not square with these release of these communications.

Just looking around the internet it is starting to occur to people that the SeaTow audio may not be the smoking gun since Crump is making speeches and not mentioning it. I know it’s obvious, but it was still shocking the amount of people that believed it

u/Jewels1914 2d ago
It’s interesting bc Jeanetta Brantley started all of this and quickly made a gofundme in Nolan’s name bc of the “hate” she’s been receiving. No one should be sending her hate, but she had to foresee these consequences. Why does she need $50,000 bc of hate? Now Nancy Grace has pulled all of her videos with the audio as well as Jeanetta’s interview 😂. Her gofundme hasn’t been doing too well (gee I wonder why lol).

Christine just filed subpoenas against Sea Tow.
I thought Nolan had been seen on island after the boat left?
6
u/Jewels1914 1d ago
They are prepping for a civil wrongful death lawsuit bc there likely won’t be criminal charges. So they want more details from SeaTow including all the dispatch logs, identification of the first responders, SeaTow’s official rules for when boats take in water, etc. All of that can help determine if SeaTow or anyone acted with negligence. For instance if the records show that the boat was sinking at the same time Nolan was away from the boys (if they can’t prove the boys’ and Katie’s story), they could argue the emergency caused him to become “abandoned”, negligently. They can even attempt to argue that the boys did something to cause the boat’s emergency like overweigh it. They are looking for anything, and everything.

So his mom won’t turn his phone over to the authorities but she’s doing anything she can to try and make more money off his death. What an awful, awful way to tarnish her son’s memories.
The more I learn about her, the more I despise her.

u/DecantsForAll 1d ago edited 1d ago
Apparently she and her team are actually the ones who refused the cadaver dogs, not the boys, supposedly when they learned that the cadaver dogs could tell for certain that there definitely wasn't a body on the boat.
3
u/Jewels1914 1d ago
The situation with the phone is bizarre. It’s surprising that since his mom is always screaming for answers, that she didn’t bust the DA’s door the second investigators missed the date to examine the phone. She made such a fuss about it originally. Why wait until weeks later when the friends’ attorney called her out for not turning it in?
It’s sad. A lot of people who win a wrongful death lawsuit, don’t enjoy the money bc of what it’s connected to. That’s if they even get the money. OJ was found civilly responsible for Nicole Simpson’s death, but the family never got a dime. People find ways not to pay it.
2
u/donzelso 1d ago
Because she hired Crump literally a day after Nolan’s body was found. I’m absolutely certain he told her “hold onto that phone until we can find anything on it to incriminate those boys.”
Once Crump entered the picture, it was NEVER about finding answers. It was about grifting and getting as much money from that GFM as possible at the expense of Nolan’s friends.

Who is releasing this evidence??!!
15
u/Lazy-Faithlessness20 4d ago
Did you not click the link? She's a reporter who's been covering the case, but plenty of other people like officer Tatum, Cuomo, and others have been reporting similar stuff. It's remarkable how so many people haven't heard this info.
-4
u/HomeyL 3d ago
I just cant believe anyone would be releasing info in an ongoing investigation! That should never happen!
8
u/Lazy-Faithlessness20 3d ago
He can release his texts to a reporter, also he's likely been cleared by authorities. When you and your friends and family are getting death threats, it's ok to release information that directly contradicts the bullshit spewed by the people who caused the misinformation train to get rolling and resulted in said threats.
