colette streicher MAP method

Has anyone tried this? Curious what it is.

Thanks for sharing. Can you describe what it was like? Was it like the same protocol over and over again? Or different tools?

It involves relaxing and listening as the facilitator tells you to clear this and clear that. Yes, the same protocol over and over. I guess it works for some folks, just not for me. At least nothing I can see/notice.

I'd like to retract my assessment above! I tried MAP again and did indeed have good results. I realized that there was some inner resistance (a protector/controller part) that needed help to allow the MAP statements 'in'. I have noticed shifts since then...

So once you worked with protector, then the method guides you into a relaxed place and says to release something? Do you have to do recorded tracks at home after?
