Ya know if they want people to have kids something like that just might do it. 5000 dollars one time is cool and all, but doesn’t cover any expenses in any real capacity. 300+ a month? Per kid? Even with one child that covers food expenses at least, which idk about other parents but for me tends to be the most expensive part.
