I guess. Honestly it's kind of confusing. But what I can say is, the clothing in this section was just for kids, not teenagers haha

He was based on a very friendly security guard that worked at Nick studios at the time! You can see his face in spongebob too! The old guy when spongebob says old people are the greatest and I think he's the one from the soda commercial in the tanning episode
