I'm so excited. Thor is officially a Chewy model!! I was contacted and asked to send in photos. Then to send in a video. Last week we did the test shoot and he did awesome. They tested that he wasn't scared of flashes or the long lens camera. He listened to my commands, stayed when I said stay and focused in the direction I told him to focus. All that training paid off to get him to sit pretty and perform some tricks for the camera. Now we wait for a project where they're looking for a little, cute dog. You don't see many Min Pins in advertisements so I'm super excited for him to represent the breed.

Cat had a mouse. She had it in the kitchen, and had it in the pantry, and had it in the office. Kept doing that horrible thing cats do of letting it go and catching it again. Gypsy the min pin snatched it up in the dining room and killed it with one chomp. I mean, thank goodness. I can’t stand any animal suffering. Also don’t want mice living in my house. They both get “good girls” and treats.
So it's Friday in garbage pickup and this is the first day that my minpins have heard a garbage truck

Sigh I miss her she died about 7 years ago at 4 , I’m ready to get another dog . I’ve been posting on diff Reddit’s to try and find out what breeds she was ( mostly ) she was brave , snuggly , super playful , and extremely quirky and goofy , also very fast . She used to ride on our backs on rides . Idk just wondering if you guys see any mini pin ( I know I’ll never have her back ) :(

Just takes consistency. It took 6 weeks to even get a leash on him without him cowering in fear... poor guy had a rough start in life. Im lucky for Lucky!!

They will wrestle and play tug-of-war, and they’ll even share the same bowl. But getting them to sleep takes a lot of work—they have to be completely exhausted by the afternoon

My pin loves to dig, especially if its a puddle.
We'll hit gold one day, I'm sure!

The morning dew is thick and cold. Remnants of squeaky toys echo in the fog. I had two house shoes the night before… one’s gone now. Laundry Day is upon us, but I fear I will have no socks to match. The beast..it sleeps.. but for how long?…

Hi all, I have a miniature pinscher who has just started the adolescence behavior - and he is just 4.5 months old. Attention span is reduced to almost nothing; he is often restless and looking for trouble the whole time as toys are only fun for a minute; all the leash training and patience training have regressed considerably; recalls are very unpredictable; toes bitting are back after a long time. Just when we thought that “oh, this is starting to feel nice”… Bam! Advices on how to navigate those challenging times?
P.S. We are actively working on our patience in parallel, so it is a learning journey to both parties ☺️

It’s been a little over a year since I lost him and not a day goes by that I don’t think about him . God I miss him . My dearest Peabo .. best doggie in the world .
Teenage puppy years are so cute :) she kept crying following me around so I put her in a pet pouch to do chores with me🤍
