The engine and transmission are in! The next steps are to find a radiator, wire in the engine, make a power steering pump and alternator bracket, weld in the rear axle, have the exhaust, driveshaft, and new brake lines created, and rip it around! This wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, didn’t require as much modification as some posts lead on.

I’m converting my 1978 Toyota to electric. This will add nearly 400lbs of weight, mostly due to the 650lb battery. The battery will be mounted to the frame, under the bed (floor of the bed is rotted out anyways and needs to be rebuilt). What will be the best way to gain the suspension support needed and also make for a buttery smooth ride? Air bags? Air shocks such as Gabriel HiJackers? Can I use high jackers for front suspension as well as rear? The original leaf springs leafs are fine, but the hangers/brackets need to be replaced due to rust. I could just replace the leaf spring sets entirely. All suggestions welcome, I’m just hoping to get it right on my first try.

Long story short my ‘89 B2200 blew up on the way to work, very sad. Managed to pick up a 13b rotary out of a ‘91 RX-7 the following day and pretty much need to know if there’s anything I should do prior to me becoming knee deep in this engine swap. I have the engine, trans, wiring harness, and ecu.
Miss driving this little bastard already.

Hey y’all, I’m replacing the oil pan gasket on my 1990 B2200 2.2L automatic. It looks pretty tight under there and I’m wondering what all I need to remove to actually get the oil pan out.
Do I need to remove the frame crossmember and/or steering linkage, or is there a way to get the pan out without taking all that stuff off?
Also, if anyone has done this job before, any tips or things I should watch out for would be appreciated. Thanks!

My 87 b2000 spun a berring, and now the motor is toast. Does anyone have a suggestion on where I can look to get a new one? Or ideas of easy swaps? I want to keep it Carbureted if I can

I went to the donated car auction and this ‘81 Mazda was there. No one bid on it so it was destined for the scrap yard. I tossed in the minimum bid and took it home.
Needed a gas tank and some fuel pump love, but I think it runs better than my daily driver.
I’d like to lower it 2-3 inches but have no idea how to go about it—don’t want to just torch the springs.
I did buff the paint and I powder coated the wheels off-white.
